LOW IMPACT AEROBICS & FULL BODY TONE (OVER 55’S) - 1PM - 1.45PM - STOURPORT COMMUNITY CENTRE, LOWER LICKHILL ROAD, DY13 8RW
Low Impact Aerobics & Full Body Tone - There is no floor exercises in this class.
Full body workout, Great fun, Improve your balance, Tone up, Lose body fat, Live longer, Become stronger & Great for making new friends! We do use chairs for if you need to hold onto a chair & we have 2-3 tracks of seated upper body exercises. If you have some small weights feel free to bring these to the class or you can use water bottle / tins, this is optional.
Legs, Bums & Tums classes are aimed for everyone ages 15+ , this class is an aerobics warm up to get your heart rate up, followed by working your legs, glutes & abs. Please bring your own mat for this class.
Low Impact Aerobics - Full Body Tone (Over 55’s) classes are aimed for anyone 55+ if you’re close to 55 you are welcome to join - There is no floor exercises in this class.
